SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR
SPECIAL ENTITIES: COMMITTEES, COMMISSION, TASK FORCE, AND TEAMS
CREATED BY THE 225TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2022

We are seeking a deep and diverse pool of applicants for

  • 2020 Guiding Statement Implementation Team (2022)

The GA nominations online application form begins with a request to provide profile and demographic information. We request demographic information in order to meet Book of Order mandates for representation. After your profile is completed you will have the ability to apply for one or more special entities for which you wish to be considered. Click on the name of the special committe, commission, task force, or team to read its description or you may find the description and find out more information about it. When you are ready to apply, choose the entity for which you wish to be considered for then click on the "Apply" button.  Please remember to click on "submit" once you have completed your application.

PLEASE NOTE:  You will need a separate application form for each special entity for which you wish to be considered. You will not need to re-create your profile for each application. Helpful hint: The first screen in the application form lists the questions that will be asked on the application.  Many applicants copy these questions and create their responses in a Word document or other similar product and then copy and paste their responses into the form. (Always remember to hit "return" after each response in the application to have access to the next screen).  If you wish to file multiple applications using this process may be a more efficient way of responding to additional application forms. If you are not able to utilize this method, you may enter "same response as previous application" as your response and I will copy those over for you.  Keep in mind, though, that although the questions are the same or similar for each application, a more nuanced response will be expected and you may want to reframe your answers.

DEADLINE FOR SPECIAL ENTITY APPLICATIONS IS extended until all appointments are made - Please feel free to email valerie.izumi@pcusa.org if you need assistance with the online application. Thank you very much for your willingness to be considered for service!
